My path to becoming a movement and energy coach began on stage. For eight years, I lived in the disciplined world of professional dance, where I developed an intimate understanding of the body's capabilities—and its breaking points.

When a performance injury forced me to pause, I discovered something surprising: true movement wasn't about pushing boundaries but about listening to what my body needed.

Hey, I'm Hazel JAne

This revelation led me beyond traditional physical therapy into the world of somatic movement and energy work.

Today, I blend my professional dance experience with certifications in Dynamic Embodiment and Trauma-Sensitive Movement Facilitation to help women who've lost touch with their physical wisdom through overwork, past trauma, or societal conditioning.

I believe that when we release physical tension, we also release emotional blockages that have been stored in the body—often for years. Through a blend of expressive movement, breathwork techniques, and energy psychology, I create personalized pathways for women to:

- Rediscover intuitive movement patterns that feel genuinely good
- Release chronic tension that contributes to physical and emotional fatigue
- Reconnect with authentic expression through embodied awareness
- Revitalize their natural energy flow by clearing energetic blocks

Unlike rigid fitness programs, my approach honors your body's unique needs and rhythms. We work with your body's wisdom, not against it. Beyond formal training, my most valuable education comes from working with hundreds of women and witnessing their transformations as they reconnect with their body's inherent wisdom.
